Selected oral and poster presenters are members of the ICP and receive no compensation.  Abstracts are selected based on content and submission date.  Views expressed by the presenters at the ICP Meeting are solely their own and do not necessarily reflect the positions or policies of the ICP.  The ICP reserves the right to cancel or modify its program as circumstances might dictate.

Presentation Format

IMPORTANT (please read)

If you plan to use our conference computers to present your presentation, our computers are formatted with Microsoft XP and PowerPoint version 2003.
If you formatted your presentation with the new Vista and PowerPoint version 2007 software….

Save your presentation to PowerPoint version 2003.  Review prior to submitting to conference A/V desk at conference site.
Email or mail (see contact information below) your PowerPoint presentation to ICP office prior to Friday, August 24, 2007.

Conference computer platform: Microsoft XP.  Software: PowerPoint version 2003Conference computers are PC (not Apple).  If you plan to run your presentation on the conference computer, and you use an Apple computer, test your presentation on a PC prior to meeting date.

PowerPoint digital presentations will be projected on a single screen (4:3 ratio)… Please format accordingly.  Screen size will be approximately 9ft x 12ft.  Conference computer platform: Microsoft XP.  Software: PowerPoint version 2003.  Our conference computers are PC (not Apple).  If you plan to run your presentation on the conference computer, and use an Apple computer, test your presentation on a PC prior to meeting date.

Slide presentations (35mm) will not be available at the conference. 

Oral Lecture Presentation Options

Option #1: We prefer to load you presentation on our conference computer to ensure a smooth transition between presentations.  If your presentation file is under 10MG, you may email your presentation to: res@res-inc.com.  Or, prepare a CD copy of your PowerPoint presentation and send to our conference planner RES Seminars to arrive prior to August 15, 2007 (see below for address).  If you have any animation, audio or video, make sure you include these files on your CD.

Name your PowerPoint file “First_lastname.ppt” so that we may easily distinguish between presentations.  File names such as "ICP2007.ppt” or “Japan.ppt” should not be used.  We will transfer your presentation to our conference laptop and review prior to meeting. If any problems occur, we will contact you. 

We cannot guarantee presentations received after the submission deadline of August 15, 2007.
